James as a landlord was easy to deal with. His pricing was fair. We rented from him for a little over 2 years in the same property. The property was in good conditions when moving in. Anytime there were any issues and I advised of them, they were fixed within a timely manner and with notice. I would recommend him to others.

Helped me get my property rented. Got it all rent ready within a week. New carpet, paint, and some small stuff. He actually got it done for way cheaper than what I could get it done on my own. Found a great tenant for me as well.

Waiting on a rental the current tenants took forever to move out and took the keys with them James promptly got them back professionally and made sure to get me in. Some girl named Jami left her trash everywhere by the road old mail and everything I don't know who they are but he got the place cleaned up and it's getting me moved in amazing landlord!!!!
